3 basic steps to placing an order:

Step 1:

SHARE YOUR IDEA - Maybe you’ve been sitting on a design for a new clothing brand, or need some uniforms printed up for your new business. Whatever it is, you can share your idea and place an order with us by sending us an email directly, with an image attached of what you’d like to get printed. Alternatively, you can fill out the Order Form that you will find on our ‘Contact Us’ page. We will then discuss this with you, advise you on the best transfers to use for your order and then provide you with a specific quote.
step 2:

ARTWORK - The most essential part of the order process is sorting out your artwork. For us to get your prints done efficiently, we require all artwork to be vectored in Adobe Illustrator. For vinyl and screen-print transfers please save your artwork in one of the following formats: Ai, EPS, PDF or PNG and for ultra-colour transfers, a PDF, PNG or EPS format. If you are unable to vector your artwork, we can do this for you for an additional cost of £30-£60, depending on the complexity of your design.
step 3:

PRODUCTION - Once the boring stuff is out of the way, the fun stuff can begin - Production. We will happily send you a mock-up of your garments to approve before going ahead with your order. Or, if you would like to have more peace of mind before the full production begins, then you are more than welcome to request a sample for an additional cost. While this may prolong the process, we want you to be happy with your products more than anything, and confident in the process as and when it goes ahead.
