Who we are & what we do:

Illyoustrate is a creative platform that specialises in customised garment & decal printing.

‘So, where did the name come from?’ - Many have asked this question, and the answer is pretty simple.

The name ‘illyoustrate’ is a play on the original spelling of ‘illustrate’ but sharing the same meaning of the word:

‘To make clear or intelligible as by examples or analogies; to exemplify - with drawings, pictures or other artwork.’

Replacing the letter ‘u’ with the word ‘you’ was to draw emphasis to our interaction with our customers and clients, and wanting to showcase the talents, careers and creativity of others through the print work that we produce. Another reason we chose the name was due to the nature of our creativity, and the software we use to create (Adobe Illustrator), and so it felt very fitting for what we do and what we want to show as a platform and a service.

OUr vision & goals:

Founded in 2013, our vision was, and still is, to create a space that not only provides a service in producing customised garments and products to a high quality standard, but one that gives our customers and our fellow creatives (especially the young people within our community) a platform to display their own artwork and fashion brands, or simply a chance to start their own businesses.

With just over 12 years experience in transfer printing, Founder and Owner of Illyoustrate, Rebekah Huggins, prides herself in her attention to detail. Whilst ensuring that every print job is completed to the highest standard possible she aims to motivate, inspire and encourage her audience to invest in themselves, do what they love and be the best they can be, whatever their craft or field.

Whilst currently working solo, as an independent business based in South London, Rebekah aims to expand in the future, building a bigger team of creatives and offering more variety of print methods, products and finishing’s to the service. She also looks forward to offering opportunities for young people to gain experience in the design and print industry through workshops, apprenticeships, creative projects and general work experience.
