Frequently Asked Questions

  • Costs vary based on a number of different factors, including the following:

    Quantity, number of colours per print, the types of transfer you use, the types of garments we supply for you and whether we supply the garments for you or you supply your own, the area(s) you want printed and so on. Because of this, and due to no order being the same, we only provide quotes once we have seen an image of the design and confirmed the specifications of your print request.

  • Our turnaround depends on the complexity or simplicity of your designs. We require one to two weeks lead-time, from receipt of payment, for orders of up to x100 garments to be processed and completed. Orders of more than x100 garments will require two to three weeks from receipt of payment. If the job can be completed sooner, it will be, and you will be notified.

  • We currently have no minimum order for Vinyl Transfer printing options. For Screen-Print Transfer or Ultra-Colour Transfer options, there is a minimum order of x10 garments.

    For Children’s Clothing, Vinyl Decal Installation and Artwork Vectoring specifically, please fill out the order form, on the appropriate pages: ‘Children’s Clothing’ / ‘Vinyl Decal’ / ‘Artwork Vectoring’.

    We will then confirm this with you via email within 1-3 working days and start the process for your order.

  • We operate on an invoice payment system.

    Once your print request has been confirmed, you will receive an invoice with your order details, and our account details to make a payment via online banking.

  • Yes you do - For any orders with a total cost of £500.00 or more, a 50% deposit minimum will be required before the print process begins. For any orders under £500.00 a full payment will be required before the print process begins.

  • Please see our ‘Garment Options’ page to see the various garments that we can supply for you.

    The main brand we use for our supply of standard T-Shirts, Sweatshirts and Hoodies, is Gildan. However, if you wish to use another brand we will be happy to source and supply it for you.

  • Yes you can - We understand that some customers prefer specific fits or types or brands of clothing that they are already familiar with, so it is perfectly fine for you to supply your own garments. It will also work out cheaper for you if you decide to do so.

  • There is a variety of colours that our garments and vinyl come in. Please do let us know what colours you are interested in, and we will source a few options of them for you or offer a close alternative.

  • We currently use DPD and Royal Mail couriers for standard, next day deliveries of big orders starting from £14.99. Costs vary depending on the quantity and weight of your garments. We will be able to give you a quote once your order has been confirmed.

    For very small orders or one-off garments, postage will cost £5.00 and will be sent out as First Class delivery.

    Alternatively, we can deliver your garments straight to your door, in person, for an additional £10.00 delivery fee for any area within a 4 mile radius of Brixton.
